Crohn’s disease is more common than you think… but still not talked about enough.
About 1 million people in the United States are living with Crohn’s disease, and over 58,000 of those people are children and teens.
Right here in West Virginia, it was reported that just around 3,000 people live every day silently with this disease in 2024.
And yet, so many people still don’t know what Crohn’s is, and these numbers are difficult to find on their own.
It’s time to change that. Starting the conversation is the beginning.
I’d encourage you to speak to someone living with Crohn’s or another IBD to understand the aspects of changing your daily life to fit with the disease.
